Interior view of the Tracy OFACS (Overseas Foreign Aeronautical Communications
Station).  This site was believed to be built in 1959 and was an experimental CAA
design to survive a nuclear strike.  It's believed that this site was last used by the FAA
as a VOLMET (Routine Broadcast of Meteorological Information For Aircraft In Flight)
transmitter in the 1980's.
