Tracy OFACS, California. June 24, 2002
Antenna farm associated with the Tracy OFACS (Overseas Foreign Aeronautical
Communications Station).  This site was believed to be built in 1959 and was an
experimental CAA design to survive a nuclear strike.  It's believed that this site was
last used by the FAA as a VOLMET (Routine Broadcast of Meteorological Information
For Aircraft In Flight) transmitter in the 1980's.
